At Neely and Neely Dental Group, we strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable costs to our patients. To allow for the greatest ease and convenience in payments, we will always provide an estimate of fees and arrange a payment schedule that’s most suitable for you and your budget. A clearly defined payment schedule eliminates confusion and simplifies insurance claims. We ask that you select from the following options:

1. Cash , check or major credit card payment due at time of service.

2. Insurance — For your convenience, we file your insurance for you, but you are responsible for your portion at time of service. Because insurance policies vary, we will review your policy in advance of the treatment or procedure to determine an estimate of how much out-of-pocket payment you will owe. This is an estimate only, as we cannot guarantee what your insurance company will pay. So please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. 

3. CareCredit® Healthcare Credit Card — A credit card devoted exclusively to healthcare services, CareCredit® offers several unique advantages. First, it allows you to begin treatment immediately, and then pay over time in low monthly installments, thus freeing up cash and regular credit cards for other purposes. With CareCredit®, there are no prepayment penalties. The card can be used over and over again, like an ordinary credit card, and is good at any CareCredit® practice. Since dental insurance plans may not cover all dental treatments, even patients with dental coverage may find CareCredit a convenient option.
